Editorial Independence:

NIJEC editorial decisions are independent of advertisements and sponsored content. The decision to accept or publish a manuscript is based solely on academic merit, peer review, and editorial criteria; it does not depend on monetary or commercial interests.

Transparency and Disclosure:

All advertisements must clearly describe the product or service being offered and explicitly identify the sponsor or manufacturer. Any potential or perceived conflict of interest regarding sponsored content must be disclosed to the Editorial Board.

Regulatory Compliance Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their advertisements comply with all applicable national and international laws, rules, and regulations regarding the marketing and sale of the advertised product or service.

Prohibited Content:

To maintain the scholarly integrity and safety standards of the journal, NIJEC will not accept advertisements for:

  • Hazardous Products: Any content promoting injurious, hazardous, or illegal products.

  • Inappropriate Content: Any product or service deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the academic and ethical standards of the journal.

  • Pharmaceuticals: Any content advertising pharmaceutical products.

Right of Refusal:

NIJEC reserves the right to decline or remove any advertisement that, in the opinion of the Editorial Board, does not align with the journal's mission or ethical guidelines.
