NIJEC is published biannually in both soft and hard copy. Hard copies of each issue of the journal are distributed to universities, professionals, practitioners, academicians, libraries, and government organizations within Pakistan, as well as to some partner institutions internationally. It is an Open Access Journal, and all published articles are available online on the journal’s website. Please note that the Article Processing Charges (APC) will take effect from 01 July 2026.

           Total APC Charges:                                                   Rs. 20,000/- (approx. US$ 100/-) cost per publication

Colleges and libraries may subscribe to NIJEC for institutional access both within Pakistan and internationally, in accordance with their requirements and HEC guidelines for Pakistani colleges and libraries.
